Have a website which can help people make the right choices. Students would complete a survey which give the evaluators an idea of what they want to and/or are suited to do. After that, the applicants would have an interview with the same evaluator who now would have a good idea of what the person would like to/should do in life.

Then, they could propose to the person to take part in internship programs and ‘days in the life of a professional’ which would be the final step to verify whether the person is suited for that job and they want to be doing it for the rest of their life.
