How does your organization make Billund alive as the Capital of Children – where children learn through play and become creative citizens of the world?
AVdesign is a production company based in Billund. Our agenda is to inspire creativity and learning through the visual arts and live streaming events. We specialize in content for children of all ages, from early learning to teacher training, creative play, fun and entertainment. We facilitate and celebrate creativity, along with the powers of children, helping creatives and teachers bring their visions to life.

What is in it for children? 
Children develop new skills as they engage themselves in different activities and in today’s world a lot of these activities are based online. Be that entertainment, learning or an online event, it’s all connected to a screen and involving some form of digital content. Whether we like it or not, that’s just the world we live in, but by being a part of making that content and creating online events for children, we take the responsibility to make sure to inspire and engage our young audience with high quality content and live-stream events.

How do you think it links to the vision of Capital of Children?  
As the Capital of Children, Billund must also maintain a vibrant, engaging scene for creativity and expression. Celebrating children’s imagination and diversity. We are proud to be part of that community and to help children around the world expand their horizon through great digital content.
